Join us for a family-friendly evening of Halloween fun! This special event features author/illustrator Heidi Moreno (@heidiroo_art on Instagram), along with a full lineup of seasonal activities including a Costume Contest, Painted Pumpkin Contest, Mini Pumpkin Decorating, a Halloween Craft, Trick-or-Treating, and a Safety Talk presented by the Downey Police Department.
