✨🌿Find your calm & reconnect at the Downey City Library 🦋A special four part wellness workshop series designed to help you slow down, reflect & recharge. Each session offers a unique experience from journaling & mindfulness to breathwork & sound healing. No experience needed, come as you are.

💚 In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month this May, this series centers on the theme “You Matter,” creating space to support and prioritize your well-being.
