REMEMBER: The Internet contains many different kinds of materials, and links can lead in unexpected directions. The Downey City Library is not responsible for what one sees or reads on the Internet. The position of the Downey City Library is that it is the responsibility of each child's parent or legal guardian to monitor their “Net Surfing.”
